The 1835 estate K-34 of Washington Duncan and 33-410 of his widow Mary Duncan and the deeds naming their heirs. The deeds include Deed Book 44, pg.24, 4 Aug. 1849, Joseph Duncan and wife, Charlotte, of Ray Co. MO, gave power-of-attorney to Jacob Duncan to deliver deed to Daniel Duncan of Bourbon Co. KY, their one fifth interest in tract subject to life estate of Mary Duncan who "now resides on the land."
