Will of Sampson Wiggins
To my son Archibald 150 acres; to my son Elias 150 acres. To my wife Amey 150 acres during her lifetime and after her death to be divided between my son Archibald and Elias. To my wife during her life or widowhood the slaves Moses, Jude & Fanny, who are not to leave Franklin Co., 1 bed & furniture, bridle & saddle, 3 cows & calves, the remainder of my estate and after her death executors to sell the balance to give my daughter Matilda Crossland $50. To my daughter Winney Bridges 10 shillings. All the remainder of sales, bonds & money to be divided among my wife, Archibald & Elias. All my wife had to be divided between Elias & Archibald.
Executor: my son Archibald Wiggins. 18 Oct 1815.
