Hollis Simpson Boyd born 9 apr 1820 in Wilmington, Windham, Vermont, son of Joel Boyd and Lucy Blanchard. He married Minerva Moore 29 October 1848 and raised a family of
six children, including Herbert Moore Boyd born 19 May 1857 at Frewsburg, Chautaugua, New York. Hollis Simpson died 4 feb 1892 at Alexandria, Douglas, Minnesota.

Herbert Moore Boyd was born 19 May 1857 at Frewsburg, Chautaugua, New York and married Lillian Angeline Wood at Maple Lake, Douglas, Minnesota and they had a family of 3 children; including Hollis Herbert Boyd who was born 9 February 1890 at Maple Lake, Douglas, Minnesota. Herbert Moore Boyd and Lillian Angeline Wood Boyd were buried in Roseburg Memorial Gardens, Roseburg, Douglas, Oregon.

Hollis Herbert Boyd married Nellie May Stewart 3 January 1912 and they raised a family
of five daughters; including Ruby Lenore Boyd. They died in Eugene, Lane, Oregon. She died in Medford, Jackson, Oregon and they were both buried in Eugene, Lane, Oregon.

Ruby Lenore Boyd was born 13 February 1918 at Drain, Douglas, Oregon and married Kenneth Clyde Kiger 29 January 1936 at Roseburg, Douglas, Oregon. She died 20 Dec
2000 at Portland, Multnomah, Oregon and her ashes were buried at 28 March 2001 at
Mt. Laki Cemetery, Klamath Falls, Klamath, Oregon
