(It is said John David died soon after the birth of his son George Elbert)  He married SALLIE BELL BROWNLOW May 16, 1894 in Athens, TX. She was born Abt. 1872 in Tennessee, and died in Hico, Hamilton Co., Texas..

2. GEORGE ELBERT BOYD was born July 31, 1899 in Athens, and died May 05,
1966 in Jefferson Co., TX Corpus Christi. He married TINNIE JANE LEINNEWEBER January 13, 1918 in Erath Co., Tx, daughter of CHARLES LEINNEWEBER and NANCY GILBERT. She was born March 22, 1899 in Hamilton County, Texas, and died May 1939 in
Hamilton County, Texas.

Searching for more data on the parents of John David Boyd from Athens Texas and the
siblings of George Elbert Boyd.  Naoma was my grandmother...... have very little information on the family, possibly someone will recognize a name or two.
