    John R. Boyd....of NH belonged to senior groups; 89.

Hudson, New Hampshire---John R. Boyd, 89 died Saturday, May 12, 2001 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack, New Hampshire.  He was the husband of Mildred (Keavey) Boyd for 66 years.

He was born in Fall River on October 11, 1911, a son of John H. and Helen
(Fitzgerald) Boyd.  He graduated from LaSalle Academy in Providence, RI in 1928.

Mr. Boyd was a past president of the Hudson Senior Citizens, a member of the American Association of Retired persons and the Nashua Senior Citizens.

He was also a Boston Red Sox fan.

Besides his wife, survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, John M. and 
Grace Boyd of Portsmouth, RI., and William and Roberta Boyd of Lowell, MA; 
four daughters and three sons-in-law, Janice Sullivan on New Bern, NC; Dorothy and John Parcelowicz of Tampa, FL; and Mary Lou and Grant Vanderpool and Barbara and Lewis Langathianos, all of Lowell; 16 grand- children; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews and many friends.
