HUTCHESON, John BLACK, Wm DUNLAP.  Filed 20 Apr 1808.

Roll # 25  --- James BOYD, a native of Ireland, petitioned for
naturalization and stated that he had resided in the U. S. Between 1795
and 1796 and for the last 13 years in this state.  Testifying to
character; Jno SIMPSON, Robt HUTCHESON, Jas HOLLEY, W. BURNSIDE, R.
CAMPBELL, Jonathan DOWNS, J.Q (J.P. ?), Jas ABERCROMBIE.   Filed 15 Nov
