BOYD, ALBERT W. Age
81, died May 17, 2001. Born August 23, 1919 in Mancelona, Mi. Mr. Boyd
was a veteran of World War 11, serving with the U.S. Army and retired from
General Motors (Fisher Body) after 21 years of service. He worked as a
farmer during the early part of his life and enjoyed fishing during his
retirement and attending baseball games. He was preceded in death by his
first wife Juanita Boyd (1966), second wife Marion Ilene Boyd (1994) and
sister Cora Mae. Surviving are 3 daughters, Edith Helms, Diana (Randy)
Rambo and Janice (Brian) Frazier-Anderson; 3 sons, Patrick (Bonnie) Boyd,
Gary (Susie) Frazier and Larry Frazier; many grandchildren and great grandchildren;
1 sister, Eva Belle Deppa; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services
will be held Monday, May 21, 10 am at Wayside Chapel of Ministries, 518
N. College Road, Mason with the Rev. Bonnie Boyd officiating. Graveside
services will be held at 2:30 P.M. in Saranac Cemetery, Saranac. The family
will receive friends at the Gorsline- Runciman Co, Lansing Chapel, 900
E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Mich
