                                      MARGARET BOYD of Coweta County, GA

STATE OF GEORGIA,
County of Coweta
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
BE IT KNOWN, That on the 2nd day of September 1907, during a regular term of the Court of Ordinary of said County, the last will and
testament of MARGARET BOYD, deceased, a resident of said County at the time of his death, was duly proven in Common form, and admitted to record by order of said Court, a copy of which will, duly certified, is here attached. At which time said Court ordered also that JAMES Y. BOYD the executor nominated in said will, have leave to qualify as such and on so doing that letters testamentary issue...

I, MARGARET BOYD, of said state and county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament.
Item First - I desire all my just debts paid by my executor hereinafter named.
Item Second - I desire and direct that all my estate, real and personal, money, notes and choses in action, be equally divided between my son JAMES Y. BOYD and my daughter ELZIR LYNCH.
Item Third - I hereby constitute and appoint my son James Y. Boyd as the Exeuctor of this my last will and testament. In testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 22 day of May 1902.

Signed and published by Margaret Boyd as her last will and testament, in the presence of the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses at the instance and request of said testator, and in her presence and in the presence of each other -
